Information you submit via enquiry forms (name, email address, phone number and postcode); details of your interactions with us by phone, in clinic or online; copies of documents you provide to prove your age or ID where required; payment details; details of your visits to our website and technical information about your device; details that help us make suggestions about treatment; information gathered by the use of cookies; and your reviews, survey responses and comments.

To contact you regarding your enquiry and book appointments; to provide further information so you can make an informed decision; to remind you to book follow-up appointments; with your consent, to send special offers and news; to tailor our communications; to contact you about your appointments and treatments; for business performance analysis; to prevent and detect fraud; to take payment and process refunds; and to provide customer service and support.
How we protect your data and how long we keep it
